1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a merchant account, accessing our dashboard, or connecting to our REST API, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part, you must refrain from using the platform.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use UPI Gateway services for any unlawful activities, including but not limited to unauthorized lotteries, illegal gambling, prohibited substances, counterfeit merchandise, or fraudulent phishing schemes. Any violation results in immediate account termination.
3. API Tokens & Merchant Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API secret keys and dashboard passwords. Any transactions generated using your credentials are considered authorized by you.
4. 0% Fee Model & Subscription Plans
UPI Gateway operates on a subscription plan basis and charges 0% per-transaction aggregator fee. Subscription fees are billed periodically based on your selected billing cycle (Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly).
5. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime and high availability, UPI Gateway shall not be held liable for third-party bank server downtimes, NPCI gateway latency, or internet routing failures beyond our immediate infrastructure.
